Mandatory Requirements
Must demonstrate expertise in the following key areas:
● Portfolio is Everything: Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating high quality product
storytelling and motion design.
● Global Appeal (Mandatory): Must have experience creating videos that appeal to a global audience (mandatory) and align with our brand voice.
● Independent Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with marketing and product teams (with minimum help) to turn complex ideas into engaging visual narratives.
● Production Quality: Must own and utilize professional-grade filming, lighting, and sound
equipment (your own studio setup).
Key Deliverables: What You'll Do
You will own the entire video creation lifecycle, ensuring your videos are high-end, effective, and ready to publish:
● End-to-End Video Creation: Take detailed content briefs and deliver final, ready-to-publish short and long-form videos for campaigns, social media, and our
website.
● High-End Post-Production: Incorporate professional motion graphics, sound design,
subtitles, and smooth transitions that pop. Pro-level editing chops in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro are highly valued.
● Product Storytelling: Craft narratives that stop the scroll, bring our products to life, and
build communities through video.
● On-Screen Talent: Serve as the on-screen face for tutorials, product demos, and occasional webinars.
● Market Awareness: Maintain a strong nose for trends on Reels, TikTok, or YouTube
