- Setting sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitoring team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results.
- Conducting market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor activities.
- Assisting team members in closing deals and handling complex negotiations.
- Ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
- Utilise various methods including cold calling, networking, and social media to identify potential customers.
- Candidates preferred who have experience in FMCG Distribution network, BPO.
Skills Required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have good experience in real estate.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
Experience - 2 - 4 years
Salary - 25k-50k + incentives
Education qualification - should be Graduate
