JOB DESCRIPTION
Duration : 3 months
Location : west Tambaram
EDUCATION : MBA in HR B.com , BBA
Roles and Responsibilities
▪️ Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
▪️ Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
▪️ Assist in new employee orientation and documentation.
▪️ Updating employee records and Maintaining employee databases and files
▪️ Reviewing resumes and CVs to identify qualified candidates
▪️ Posting job ads: Creating and managing job advertisements
Requirements
▪️ Pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
▪️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
▪️ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
